Eucharist Ministers assist the
celebrant with the distribution of the Body and Blood of
Christ as Mass. Some of these Ministers also assist our
priests by bringing Holy Communion to the homebound and
those in nursing homes. A brief training session is
necessary.
Eucharistic Ministers are assigned to serve at a
particular Mass time of their choice. A two- to
three-month Eucharistic Minister schedule is
distributed. As well, a Ministry Listing is provided to
assist Eucharistic Ministers in finding a substitute in
the event they cannot serve at the Mass for which they
are scheduled.Contact:
