Information on Our Faith Formation Program Options: HERE
We have 3 versitile programs to fit your family's needs:
1. Our B.uilding F.amily F.aith Program (BFF for short) allows parents to journey along with their children as their 'first teachers' of the faith. There are 10 monthly sessions.
Each has a different theme. There is a combination of Family Together sessions and Parents and children separate gatherings. For more information click on program options above.
Spanish Language Option: There is also a Spanish language option of the B.F.F. program Session 1 for parents who would prefer to have the parent sessions in Spanish. (the children are in an English speaking session).

2. Our In-Person classroom formation sessions take place weekly for 32 weeks during
the traditional school year.
We offer 3 different sessions weekly for most grades. In addition our classroom model children also are requested to participate in 4 Passport with their families per year.

3. Our 5th and 6th grade Summer Immersion programs are offered for incoming 5th and 6th graders. This is a full day / full week Summer camp format where we focus on living in the grade level curriculum with a combination of lessons and activities.
In addition our camp students are required to attend 5-6 Checkpoint activities during the coming school year to complete the grade level.

And once again this year our 6th Grade Sunday Bible Adventure- This takes place 10 times a year on a Sunday morning (per the BFF Calendar) and goes from 8:15 - 12 Noon. Students attend Mass with their catechist. Checkpoints must also be done.

2025-26 NEW and Re-Registration is about to begin
for our returning families
Returning Families: Please access the email sent to you by Parish Giving in order to log into your family account and re-register. Do not click on the New student link.
You may also add children who will be new to our program via your
current link family at this time.
If you would prefer not to register on line- and you are registering a returning student, you may click HERE to print out a Re-Registration Form to submit with payment and an Emergency Contact Form (below).
This option is only for Cash or Check payments.
** If you are using a credit card we request that you register on line.
All Students may register for any session on a space available basis. You will receive a confirmation email.

New Families who are St Mary's Parishioners ONLY:

At this time, Summer Immersion Programs are only open to students who are currently in St Mary's Faith Formation Program. Families who are new to the parish and desire this program are asked to call the Faith Formation Office at 845-896-6430 to request enrollment. At this time we are maintaining a waiting list for eligible students.
*** On-line registration of NEW students must have a students Baptismal Certificate and a Master New Student Registration form and Emergency contact form mailed to our office in order to be complete.
A Hard copy New Student Registration form for 2025-26 year may be printed here.
Please use if you are a new family OR to add siblings to an existing family. We would like one on file for each new student in their file.
New Student Registration forms should be sent along with a copy of the child’s Baptismal Certificate (even if they were Baptized at St Mary's in Fishkill) , and fee.

Transferring Students are welcome on a space available basis-
Our registration is open to current students as a priority from 4/1- 4/22/25.
We do not accept transfers from neighboring programs in grades 6 or 7 at this time.
Transcripts of Religious Education Records will be requested and must be received before students are placed in a grade. Please call our office to discuss the transfer.

During the 2025-26 Religious Education Year we will be offering our B.uilding F.amily F.aith, in-person sessions as well as our
2 Summer Immersion programs (5th and 6th grade only.)

**All New Registrants are required to have an
Emergency Contact Information and Media Release Form on File. (see below)

Regular Session times Session 1: 4:15 PM - 5:45 PM and Session 2 6 PM -7:30 PM

Parents should contact the Religious Education office by phone (845-896-6430) or by email
at [email protected] in late spring of the year their child enters PreK / Kindergarten to arrange for enrollment in the program. We offer a PreK 3 and 4 yr old program.

** A rebate fo $50 per family is available for any family who attends mass regularly and
can verify 40 weeks of Mass attendance
during the last calendar year with envelope use.

Our 2025-2026 Fees:
Pre K /Kindergartener (as only children) : $100 per student
Grades 1-7 : $200 per student/ $300 for 2 children / $375 for 3 or more children

5th of 6th Grade Summer Immersion Camps: $220 per camp and
is not included in the family discount rate pricing.

$35 of the Registration Fee is NON Refundable.
The entire fee is NON Refundable after 9/1/2025

Other Fees due at a later date:
$85 – 1st Penance/ 1st Communion Preparation Fee (due in October 2024)
$120- Confirmation Gown/ Retreat/ Material Fee (due in July 2024)
Replacement Textbook Fee: $30

Sixth Grade students will be asked to purchase a particular Bible : Ascension Press Adventure Bible for 6th grade : $32

Early Bird Re-Registration Fee: $25.00 discount per family if paid in full prior to
June 30, 2025. There is no early bird discount for the Summer Immersion Program.
Transfer Fee: a charge of $35 will be applied for any child transferring sessions after sessions have begun.
